Countdown 4 days

Aloha,

Our days in Maui, Hawaii are numbered. God willing I should be on that flight back to Cameroon in the next few days.

The last few days have been hectic and charged with activities.

New learnings? Definitely. First, we are getting to understand Communication as the ability to create meaning for the listener.

Second, I like the concept of leadership being the ability to move people from the passive and questioning group to the active group. From Commentators and "wonderers" to participants.

And this is just a few of the concepts.
